Account & Data Deletion
If you would like to delete your EVROKOM account and all associated data, or request partial data deletion, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Account Deletion
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Account Deletion Request” from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
Partial Data Deletion (Without Deleting Your Account)
You can request deletion of specific data without closing your account:
- Saved addresses
- Wishlist and preferences
- Phone number
- Push notification tokens
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request” specifying which data you want removed.
What Data Gets Deleted
Upon full account deletion, the following is permanently removed:
- Profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Saved addresses
- Wishlist and preferences
- Push notification tokens
Retained for legal purposes: Order history and invoices (up to 10 years as required by law).
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to your order history and any pending orders.
